Hello everyone! I am very excited to be here. My passion is all things real estate, investing, and being outdoors by the lake. I will be receiving my real estate license this year. I just upgraded to the pro membership - hoping to watch and take notes on previous webinars to invest in my education and analyze a deal a day while saving up money for a down payment on my first rental property. Those are my current goals. I look forward to meeting the community of people here. 😃
