I live in South Louisiana. I have been wanting to get into real estate for the longest time, but just now taking the steps to becoming an investor. Right now I am interested in becoming a bird dog and trying to get connections. Once I get some practice at finding properties, I will try to move on to wholesaling. Hopefully I can find a good mentor that will allow me to partner on their deals until I am ready to go out on my own.
