Silvio Cangianni

My name is Silvio Cangianni. I have owned and operated Regent Heating and Air Inc., for over 20 years and currently sold the business in the end of 2020. Growing in the HVAC field I held many licenses and certifications. Working in the field has help developed many contractor relationships along with learning customer service skills. These skills are all easily converted to understanding real estate and the needs of my clients. I really enjoy working with investment properties and analyzing potential deals. Christies International Real Estate Group | Commercial Division, currently holds my Real Estate license. I primarily work on all Commercial and Investment assets. I also manage commercial properties and have started a management company with 2 partners.
