Hi everyone! I've been a contractor for the last 17 years and a Firefighter for 8 and recently got my CA Realtor's License. Currently I invest in both Realestate and Businesses in different areas of California. I'm always interested in new investments and partnerships. I've purchased 3 single fam dwellings in the last 4 years and converted them into 7 rentals, two of which I manage as STR's. My passion is getting the absolute most out of a property by being creative with the layout. I recently completed my first Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) when I converted an existing workshop into an incredible 2 Bed/1 Bath STR.
