Lucy DeMichele

I’ve always had a passion for design, décor, and organization but I only started doing it professionally in 2000, when I assisted in the redecoration of the Comfort Inn Suites in Louisville. From there, I helped friends decorate their homes, then friends of friends, until I had to start charging for my time. This was still a side job until 2010 when I staged my first home which had been sitting on the market for 6 months. When my work was done, the new photos attracted new buyers and the house was under contract within the week. From there, I began staging homes for homeowners, landlords, and flippers, helping them make their product look it's best. Seeing their homes all sell within a month of listing, has given me the confidence to accept my calling.
