I am a 24 year old new college grad with my master's in electrical engineering. I'm a new investor looking to start with single family and small multi-family and eventually build up to bigger properties. I know that I don't want to have to work as an engineer forever, so I'm trying to create passive income while I work that can eventually allow me to quit my job. I would love all advice, tips, and pointers that anyone can give!
