I'm trying to get into Real Estate Wholesaling. I was a Nevada Realtor 7 years ago. When the market crashed. My story is similar to yours being fooled with all these classes that I paid for and got nothing. Promised wealth and step by step methods to do Real estate wholesaling and got nothing. Dead broke, lost home and went to bankruptcy, now I'm trying to get back by flipping or wholesaling Real estate
