Over the past 14 years, I've actively participated in family investments, primarily focusing on fix-and-flip projects with a high success rate. A few of these ventures have transitioned into long-term holds. Along with working on investments I have been attending college and will be graduating in May with a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering. After graduation, I plan to take my next step in my academic journey by pursuing an MBA. With my interest in business, my brother and I established our own cleaning business 2 years ago. This has turned into a successful venture for both of us. We specialize in servicing vacation rentals on Topsail Beach. Our company actively collaborates with property management companies allowing us to gain insightful knowledge on short-term rentals. In addition to our cleaning operations, we've assumed the responsibility of managing a team of dedicated employees. Leveraging the knowledge and experience gained from our extensive investment partnerships and successful business endeavors, we are currently engaged in expanding on our own into the real estate market. Our eyes are set on the Eastern NC real estate market, where we intend to apply our strategic insights to create new opportunities and drive growth within our company. As part of this expansion, we are actively seeking a joint venture partner to join us in our investment plan to add a collaborative dimension to our proven track record.
