Hello, I am highly motivated and focused to achieving my dreams and goals. I am at the beginning in my investing career and have a long way to go to gain my financial freedom. I own only 2 rental properties but this year will buy the third one. I am prepared to work hard through sweat and learn as much as I can to get to that point. I am interested in learning about new aspects of real estate investing. I would like to become an investor. Please feel free to share all your useful informations with me. I am pleased to join you. Experience: Two rentals since 2016. One international low cost 10% ROI but went totally wrong. All the nightmare you can imagine, the full package of * It was a full time job and I understood that no passive income exist LOL. I experienced a bad tenant, no paying rents, attorneys, technical problems, useless property managers, high taxes, difficult handy mans, police involved, slow attorneys, difficulties by the sale. I gained diplomacy and I enjoyed the ride anyway. Starting it all over again this year. Selling the two, taking a loan, buying three with much more confidence and experience. Real Estate Goals: My goal for the next five years is to take a loan of 500k and buy 10 buy and hold rental properties for cash-flow production, later want to try some fix and flip and wholesaling. First of all I would like to win a financial freedom. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking financial independence and freedom. This will definetly help to my business. I am learning to trade stocks, forex and glod. I appriciate any good advice. Sorry for my english.
