I am an accredited multifamily deal sponsor and investor currently involved with 458 units across 4 properties and 3 states. I'm a multifamily operator, sponsor and capital partner investing primarily in the southeast. I founded FivePoint Capital as a way to bring together busy professionals that want to invest in commercial real estate without being a landlord. When I'm not searching for deals and new partnerships, I work for a software company as a product manager. Experience: I've been investing in real estate as a passive and active investor for the best 3 years. I'm the lead sponsor on a 36 unit in Greensboro, NC and capital partner on a 271 student housing property and 101 unit property.
