Hey, my fellow BPer's! Im the new guy to real estate investing, but ready to take it by storm. I have not invested in real estate in several years since my previous real estate business in the early 2000's and with a new city, new mindset, and new market I feel like now is the time if any. My goals are simple, to finally fulfill an ambitious dream I've been planning now for quite some time. In order to do this I've been rigorously seeking out a strong coach/mentor that can help me build a strong real estate business structure backed by systems. So far, all the coach/mentors that I have spoken with have claimed to really believe in me and wanted nothing more than to see me succeed, but suddenly had a change of tune once they realized their program cost more than I could or was willing to give. So I thought to myself... "Why not go where most if not all, the info I need to help build my business is FREE!" And here I am!
