Stacey Weihe

I own and manage two brownstones, on the same block, in Brooklyn, NY. Bought the first in 2001, the second in 2008/2009. I have 5 rental apartments and live in the 6th. I'm also a graphic designer/art director as a 9-5. I still mostly love living in New York City, but this real estate market is out of control and out of my budget. I'm now looking to find new cities to invest in for single and multifamily.
