I got into real estate as a small-time investor in Greenville, SC - flipping a few houses a year and buying some rental properties. As I expanded this business, I decided to get my realtor license, and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - C Dan Joyner Realtors. As a realtor, I've carved out a niche as someone who understands the investment markets, but my client base also includes those who simply want to buy/sell their primary residence with a realtor who truly understands the ins and outs of the local market. I am also the creator of the Selling Greenville podcast, which is a venture I started in 2020 to help educate the public on the Upstate of SC, and how to be effective in buying/selling real estate around here.
