After a short pro golf career post graduating from University of California, Berkeley - I became a licensed real estate agent in November 2015 with an emphasis in commercial retail properties at Colliers International. During my time, I completed approximately $100m worth of retail transactions over 5 years and slowly added to my investment portfolio. In 2019 I was was exposed to my first private money deal as an investment vehicle and completed my first loan as an investor that year. It convinced me to seek out my MLO endorsement and become a private money broker on Central Valley properties. In the 3 years at Karpe real estate, I’ve complete approximately $30m worth of brokered loans ranging from purchases, refinances and ground up construction on single family residential, commercial, land, and agriculture product. Now as a Broker Associate, I’m looking to expand my network both to source borrowers and add lenders to fund loans.
