About myself
I have been purchasing investment properties for over 15 years and have focused mainly on small multi-family homes and condos. Started investing in Trenton NJ, rehabbed two single family homes and getting a nice rental return. Currently closing on a 2 bedroom foreclosure in Trenton in July. The property requires some work and hope to get ready for rent in one month.
