Looking for single-family homes that will Rent 1% to ARV, Purchase and Reno costs to be 75% of ARV, Purchase Cost up to 100k, preferably near Galloway, NJ 08205 New to real estate, wanting to develop passive rental real estate income portfolio by BRRRR investing. Looking to acquire my first single-family home rental in NJ or AZ, while learning as much as possible. Currently living in San Diego, CA, moving to Phoenix sometime in early 2023. I have family based in South Jersey who have been contractors and property managers, and grew up and went to Stockton University there. Due to that and the lower barriers to entry, I am looking at BRRRRing a property near Galloway, NJ.
