Steven Kwan

I am a real estate investor from Seattle with a current focus on buying and holding rental properties outside of Washington. I look for properties that are high-cash flow, low-vacancy with the goal of building a team and business that is self-sufficient and runs like a well oiled machine. I am here at BP share my experience and also make new connections and strategize with other folks who would like to invest in real estate. I believe I am still pretty new to the real estate investment space and am always open to learning about new opportunities and ventures that are both near home in Seattle and afar. I currently hold real estate in Seattle and in Northwest Indiana. :)
