I am a 38 year old man with a family of four. I have a seven year old son and a 1 year old daughter. I've been married for 11 years and my family is my life. My trade is Plumbing which i have been in for 24 years now (family of plumbers). I was always told to get a house make money and live my life, but as I have gotten older I am realizing that I would like to spend more time with my family and the way to do that is real estate. I want to provide for my children's children and real estate investing will do that for me. I'm ready to jump in full bore......
