Hello, everyone, My name is Steven Winfield I am 53 Years old, I always been an entrepreneur for as long as I can remember, when I was young I had two bicycles, one to ride and one to rent, I had a paper route, walked dogs, wash windows, I also went to the store for the elderly people in the neighborhood. anything to create income, I always provide for my family, love to learn new skills to better myself and to help me be on the road to financial freedom. Experience: I have worked for a moving company Times Moving and Storage, maintenance company, buffing and waxing floors and cleaning carpets, ice cream company, finally found a home with the Bricklayer Union local 1 New York for 32 years. Purchase my first home NO MONEY DOWN. I did not even know I did that until after renting out the property. Purchase two other two-family homes after renting out the first property all of this in one year. And is Currently an Independent Consultant for an Energy Company working that on a part-time base.
