I am a hard-working, diligent individual looking for opportunity to expand my investment portfolio. I feel the "market" per say has gotten what I want to give and dually feel real estate will provide a more solid foundation for guaranteed passive income for me..and my kids to come. I have always held high interest for the real estate business. I have taken the basic real estate licensing course work, however, have not done much with it due to my full-time work. My wife also has a passion for real estate and property valuation, therefore, I feel as if this avenue fits our personalities and current financial position.
