Steve Seger

I graduated from Miami University in May 2023 and began working for Vanguard as a financial planner. During my time there, I obtained my Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. However, I soon realized my passion for real estate. Listening to the BiggerPockets podcast sparked my interest and led me to a phone call with Jered Sturm, Co-Founder at SNS Capital Group. SNS Capital Group is a private equity investment firm that specializes in creating wealth through real estate, with a focus on acquiring and operating large apartment communities. In March, I was fortunate to begin an internship with SNS Capital Group, which has since evolved into a full-time role as the Director of Acquisitions and Investor Relations for SNS. As I transition into this position, I'm also planning to purchase my first house hack within the next year or two, depending on the right opportunity and how quickly I can build my savings. I am looking for a Turn Key duplex, triplex, or fourplex in the following areas in Cincinnati: 45052, 45248, 45002, 45233, 45247, 45209, and 45208.
