For the last 2 + years I have rented my home on Airbnb, was a host educator at their 2015 host conference in Paris, have been a consultant to other current and prospective vacation rental owners and provided small scale vacation rental property management services. I am also an advisor to a company, Properly, that provides a tool for vacation rental owners to manage their guest turnovers with a mobile app that provides a visual checklist to cleaners.
