I work with real estate investors who want clear, fact-based guidance before committing capital. My experience includes short-term rentals and value-add projects, and helping investors navigate the full path from acquisition through execution and eventual exit. I focus on validating assumptions, interpreting data, and aligning strategy with how markets actually operate—particularly for out-of-area investors. I’m not focused on pushing deals. If something doesn’t pencil or doesn’t fit the strategy, I’ll say so plainly. The goal is to protect capital, reduce risk, and improve outcomes over time. I’m based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and work with investors evaluating STR, buy-and-hold, and renovation opportunities.
