Hello to all Bigger Pockets people! I’m a Property Manager in the great town of Lawrence, Ks! Rock Chalk! I’m currently managing multi family properties which include 350 doors. I absolutely love what I do. I have a great team, that together, we have held a 100% occupancy rate for all four years! I also graduated college with a communications degree as well as a degree in Interior Design. Anything to do with real estate whether it’s new construction (my husband and I built/designed our own home 3 years ago), staging homes, managing properties, or dreaming about real estate investing, is where I know I’ll be. I have learned so much information about real estate from Bigger Pockets so far and hoping to expand into real estate investing. My husband does everything from having his electrical license to being the foreman on many new construction builds. Between his construction talents and my design/management skills, we hope to expand our passion into investing. I’m brand new at the investing side so I’m looking to soak up any information I can.
