Taylor Doyle

On a personal basis, since 2018, I have been interested and passionate about real estate investing. My wife and I bought our first investment at the beginning of 2019, a House Hack, that we renovated piece by piece over the last 5 years and live in to this day. I am excited to begin branching out into other areas of the Real Estate Investment industry and meeting people in the community. Our goal is to develop a portfolio of buy and hold long term rental properties, but we are open to opportunities! On a professional basis, since 2010, I have worked in the energy business in land acquisition and right of way. My career has been adjacent to the residential and commercial real estate industries. I am an experienced transactional attorney, project manager, and business development lead. I've served as the General Counsel and managed land acquisition projects with a team of over 40 people. I'm a licensed attorney in both Louisiana and Illinois. I'm originally from New Orleans, but in 2017, we moved to Chicago (where my wife's family is from), so feel free to ask me about the city, except for how cold it gets. (My Southern spirit is still in denial that winter is coming every year). When I'm not working or obsessing over real estate investment research, I enjoy cooking, volunteering in my community, and exploring Chicago with my wife, daughter and dog.
