Rental Property Investor
My husband and I own 28 units, including two commercial properties. We also own a plumbing company, and are preparing for the day that we shut down the plumbing company and retire on our rental income. Currently we own rent and hold properties, but are possibly interested in flipping. We are also venturing into note investing and lending, both with our SDIRA funds and non-retirement funds.
