TX native. High school in WI. College in IA. Then to Mainland China for 15 yrs. Sold rubber and brass to American fctys based in China. Then opened and flipped bars and still have a magazine there. Want to get into the residential rental market in PA but a tad trigger shy just because I know more about the Chinese market than the local one due to being gone for so long. Currently work in a company that liquidates bankrupt factories and industrial parks on the US Eastern Seaboard. Brandon Turner turned me onto BP after reading "The Book on Rental Property Investing".
