I am a pre-rich investor. I live below my means and work two jobs in order to accumulate enough a startup fund to finance my ambitions. I practice the personal finance advice of Dave Ramsey which has changed my life and I practice the investing advice of Robert Kiyosaki. Last year (2016), I worked hard enough to achieve a goal that allows me to swing and day-trade stocks avidly. This year (2017) I want to add real-estate to my investing portfolio.
