Hey real estate people. I can't decide if this site should be treated like a dating profile or a factual and professional linked in, so I'll just go with both for now! My name's Josh. I get excited by Value, Strategy games and improv comedy. My closest friends jokingly call me a cheap-ass or "rule-book Bowman" because of how much I like to get a good deal and analyze rules to "win the game". I like to host game nights, eat sushi with way too much wasabi and really understand the why behind..well... everything! I hope to meet some people online and in the Wilmington area that share my desire to invest in and grow a real estate community. I'm part of a real estate investing group with 4 other like-minded souls. We are searching for $200/m + cash flowing condos in good condition between 80-130k in the Wilmington area. My wife and I are also searching for our next Condo/Town-home in Wilmington, between 150-170k that we can FHA-our-way into and later rent out.
