Purchased my first property in 1977 have been a entrepreneur since that time , my basic strategy is to purchase and/or renovate existing properties in areas that need the economic boost, lease back to State,County and Federal agencies for thier clients(i.e.) Disabled Veterans,Transitional living, Deaf and Blind.
