I became a real estate investor in October, 2013, and have since acquired four rental properties. I am currently working on rehabbing another home that I intend to sell on the retail market. I would like to gain more confidence through knowledge in the area of wholesaling real estate, which is what led me to this website. I'm also hoping to meet other likeminded individuals, experienced or otherwise, from whom I can learn and expand my knowledge of the business.
