I’m new to investing but am very eager to learn. I’ve always had a passion for rental properties and I’ve decided to take the leap. I am mainly focusing on multi family 1-4 units and buying single family homes with 3 bs and 2 baths using the BRRRR method in or around Roanoke/Lynchburg Va. I listen to real estate podcasts around 3-4 hours a day during my job and then read and search bigger pockets at night. I’m very serious about passive income. My goal is around 22k a year so I can cover all my expenses so I won’t be tied to any job, I will aim for more passive income in the future but as of now I want to learn the game.
