Thomas Sulz

Thomas Sulz is an avid real estate investor and licensed real estate agent with Signature Premier Properties “The O’Neil Team”. Prior to starting his career in real estate, Tom launched his career in the corporate world as a consultant at a large NYC accounting/consulting firm where he worked with dozens of Fortune 500 clients within a variety of industries/sectors. Tom attributes his time spent working as a corporate consultant in developing some of his core skills/qualities that are key in the world of real estate. Tom's interest in RE investing started in his early 20's in which he focused on building a foundation of knowledge through books, podcasts, networking, and more. Since than, Tom has successfully BRRRR'd his first property in late 2021 and is actively looking to expand his professional network and add to his investment portfolio in the foreseeable future.
