Newbie to Real Estate investing. Purchased my grandmother's duplex in SW Philly at the end of 2017, rehabbed it and now I'm a landlord. Purchased for $60k, put in $100k to rehab (used equity out of my primary home along with HML), and the property appraised for $265k! Refinanced through my credit union after 6 months. Always looking to learn more and find another deal in the Philadelphia area.
