Tim Illguth

Father of 4 kids, married 13yrs. Worked construction when from when I was 12 to 25. I began studying pre-med then switched to Electrical Engineering. I started an internship with a NASA DAAC (where I now work full time). While doing work for them I audiobooked Rich Dad Poor Dad. I felt very stupid for using the $60k I earned from the sale of my house for school tuition. So now I would like to use the forums and podcasts on bigger pockets to help me get into real estate investing. I see the path I need to go is wholesaling then the buy and hold strategy. At that point I hope to retire and start an electric car company.
