As of January 2018 I own three 4-plexes and a condo, located in three communities within a 50-mile radius. Real Estate Goals: Realize $50,000 annual income from buy and hold rental investments Currently Seeking: Small multi-family (4-plex to 24-plex) in my home town, Grand Forks, that will allow for third party property management.
