We are increasingly becoming engaged in SFR's and actively market for candidate properties for Buy & Hold, Fix & Flip, Owner Finance, Wholesale, and other strategies. We use numerous buying strategies that benefit both buyer and seller to maximize opportunities. As part of a large and successful network we are able to leverage opportunities greatly.
