Newer real estate investor in the Manayunk Roxborough area of Philadelphia. My goal is to create financial freedom by using passive income from rental properties. To reach this goal I focus on lead generation and analyzing deals. From there, I can choose whether to wholesale, flip, or cherry pick for my long term rental portfolio. Right now I have one rental property in the Manyunk area. I am looking to continue to acquire here as well as in Norristown.
