I worked with an investor by being mentored for months in eary 2010. My time was limited due to circumstances there but I learned alot. I have made the move to Maryland a new state and am determined to be a successful investor now. I am looking to wholesale but would like to fix and flip also. All the assistance and networking possible would be greatly appreciated!
