Timothy Eaton

My name is Timothy Eaton, though I go by my middle name, Shea. I have recently hit the financial point where I can enter the real estate rental space. I am looking to either purchase rentals in the Midwest near universities or, if I can, get a few other investors to work with me on purchasing something in the Pacific Northwest. As I am from Seattle and still currently live here, I know the market and I know the profitability of the homes here. Things lately (currently May 2023) are not great for purchasing a home and trying to rent it out in the pnw as mortgages are higher than rental prices. But with a few other investors, it is a possibility to gain a turn key rental in the university district.
