I work fill time in healthcare finance, and part time real estate investor; trying to become a full time real estate investor and part time healthcare finance. Experience: I am currently a controlling member of two RE LLCs with eight SFH, having previously conducted a 1031 exchange and about a dozen deals. Real Estate Goals: My big goal is to support my family with real estate investing. Short term goal is to buy an additional 10 SFH in three years.
