Hello BP Family! My primary real estate interests are in Commercial and Wholesaling/Creative Financing. Currently, I am looking for a Multi Family or Retail Investment property in the Colorado Springs, Denver, or surrounding areas. However, i am open to other markets. This will be part of a 1031 exchange. My other primary focus is wholesaling utilizing creative strategies in the Arlington, TX, Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas. I live in beautiful San Diego, but look for investment opportunities outside of my city and State. The weather and beaches are lovely, but ouch do we pay for that sunshine tax!!!! In my free time, I lead a Foster Youth Mentor program. We are all volunteers that have a passion to serve our most vulnerable youth. With real estate, I am excited to be not only invest in property, but also have more resources to be able to invest in their lives. This often overlooked demographic is in desperate need of people and resources to make a difference in their lives. It is my greatest joy serve them. I am here on BP site, to learn, grow, and connect with like minded individuals that are interested in achieving financial freedom through real estate.
