Currently working a Federal LEO job that is not right for my family needs. Looking to branch out into Real Estate Investment to eventually take my life and career in a more beneficial direction. I currently have no experience in real estate short of purchasing and (attempting) to sell my first home. I am enrolled in real estate college-level courses to improve my understanding of REI. Looking for connections to begin my network and hopefully find investors that I can partner with to get the ball rolling.
