Hey, I have been investing in real estate since 2009 when I bought my first rental property! What can I say except that I love this business. I would say that I am always learning and want to know more and more so if you have any advice let me know. When you start in this business it's hard at first and you make mistakes, hopefully not costly ones, but it is part of growing up as a real estate investors. I have certainly made my mistakes which would range from investing with the wrong partner, paying too much for the reno and borrowing private money without really knowing how to use it as an investment tool. Today I know more than I did yesterday and tomorrow I will keep on educating myself to become better and better at making deals... My goals are simple: started with condos! wish to move to single family homes strategy as it is more cost effective (don't have to deal with HOA) and eventually buy a little commercial space. At the same time I want to learn about how to become a property manager and how to start private lending as well. I am willing to learn it all so if you have any advice let me know!
