I have been in Real Estate Investing for about 3 years now. Presently based in Calgary, Alberta in Canada. Currently working in the Information Technology industry. Currently, I have 4 doors with positive cash flow in Calgary and looking at expanding my portfolio aggressively in the next 5 years to 30 doors. My strategy is to Buy and Hold with positive cash flow. Afterwards, diversify into flipping as I build a solid team. I am looking for properties in Calgary, Southern Alberta and would be interested in partnering in U.S.A opportunities (Flipping) Always looking to make more connections in the area.
