Todd Silance

Todd is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Summit Capital. His main responsibilities as Managing Partner include overseeing acquisitions, capital raising, construction management, and investor relations. Prior to Summit, Todd founded Silance Investment Group, a multi-faceted investment company with ownership in $10MM of single family, multifamily, and commercial properties, as well as multiple Anytime Fitness franchises. Todd is also a Limited Partner in over 400 multifamily apartment units nationwide. Todd’s professional background includes 15 years working for Nationwide Insurance, one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in the world, where he was responsible for managing over $20MM in annual residential and commercial construction projects.
