I'm an investor and I own a Saga Properties. a property management company. I worked at a high tech company for 15 years, the last 4 of which I worked to purchase a rental property portfolio to replace my income. In 2015 I quit my day job and now I just do real estate investing. I primarily own multifamily properties in Snohomish and King counties and I also flip properties and manage other investors' properties.
