I am a young professional getting into the rental real estate business on my time off from my 9-5 work. My plan is to use the BRRRR method and re-sell on the market if the appreciation makes sense. I would like to find properties in my local market (Bay Area) so I can actually view the property before buying, but I need to do research on if the BRRRR strategy is feasible here. Otherwise, I am open to trying this strategy out of state or a couple hours away from the Bay Area.
