I have a 3 family home rented out in Waterbury, CT. (Town Plot Neighborhood). I've owned the property for about 3 years now and it has been an ok experience so far with tenants. I also have a decent size piece of land next to the property, hopefully one day it will be worth something, or I can build something there.
