Day job is asset management for large portfolio of affordable housing developments across Massachusetts. Personal experience managing buy and hold investment property portfolio with small team of investors since 2012. Also experienced in deal execution for value-add / flip properties and project management for renovations and rehabs. At this time looking for passive income opportunities in MA/NH/ME markets and continue to develop my skills and connect with like minded people.
